Maalavidaa, the artistic alias of Alycia Rainaud, is a French graphic designer and digital artist based in Montréal, Canada. Since 2016, she has been creating vibrant, abstract digital art that explores emotions and life’s complexities through daily abstractions. Inspired by Jungian therapy and creative exercises, her work focuses on raising emotional intelligence and mental health awareness through color healing and artistic expression.
Alycia holds a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, with a thesis exploring the analogy between book design and psychology. Her dedication to mental health advocacy and creative exploration has led to impressive collaborations with brands and organizations such as Adobe, The New York Times, Vice, and Figma. What material are the Artwork prints made from?
Our prints are crafted on premium 1mm polycarbonate vinyl using state-of-the-art high-definition printing technology. This durable, lightweight material allows the artwork to beautifully illuminate when displayed on The Street Lamp while remaining easy to handle and swap
What does "Limited Edition" mean?
Each artwork is released in a strictly limited quantity (typically 44 editions per design). Once all editions sell out, that artwork will never be reprinted. Your edition number (e.g., #12/44) is recorded on your Certificate of Authenticity, making each piece unique and collectible.
How do I know this is authentic?
Every purchase includes a digital Certificate of Authenticity recorded on our permanent ledger and embedded in the NFC chip on the Artwork itself. This verified provenance means you can resell your print later with full documentation—and limited edition prints often appreciate in value.
Can I buy just the artwork without The Street Lamp?
Yes! Prints can be purchased separately. However, they're specifically designed to be displayed on The Street Lamp's illuminated frame. If you're new to Street Collector, we recommend the "Add Basic Collector Bundle" option to experience the complete artwork with the lamp.
What mounting options are available?
The Street Lamp adapts to your space with two mounting styles: magnetic landscape mounting (built-in magnets let you hang it horizontally) or an optional portrait wall mount accessory for vertical displays. You can also place it on a desk or shelf.
How do I change the artwork?
Swapping artworks takes seconds. Turn over the lamp with the tabs facing the table, press the bottom to release them, slide out the current print, insert your new artwork, and click the covers back into place. This means you can build your collection and rotate pieces whenever you like.
How long does the lamp charge and is it safe to leave plugged in?
The lamp's 2500mAh battery fully charges in 3-4 hours via USB-C or the included magnetic charging cable. Yes, it's safe to leave plugged in—the lamp has built-in overcharge protection. For optimal battery health, we recommend unplugging once fully charged.
How long will my order take?
Production: Up to 7 business days (we don't mass-produce, every piece is prepared with care)
Delivery: Approximately 9-15 business days once shipped (customs processing times not included)

Will I have to pay customs duties?
